With love, thoughtfulness, and this super helpful video starring a mermaid of course.
Unfortunately, any order that is shipped internationally from a United States warehouse may be subject to customs duties/fees as this is a factor of international trade. Additionally, we are unable to include these fees in FinalStraw's shipping charges, mark orders as 'gifts' or adjust the price declared on orders.
Trust us. We know. You wanted your FinalStraw like, yesterday. If we could instantaneously hyper-beam one of these things to you, we would. The reality is that we have to use a third-party to deliver your package. That means we can only guarantee when your purchase will be ready for shipment, not when it will arrive, though you can always track the package's progress via the tracking number. Please keep in mind that sometimes shit happens. Like blizzards, hurricanes, and good old fashioned goof-ups. While we cannot offer refunds for delays in shipping, our excellent customer service team will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any shipping questions or concerns. Thanks again for supporting FinalStraw. Please remember to always #SuckResponsibly.
We have a 24 hour window from when your order was placed that we are able to cancel or edit your order. Any requests made outside this window are out of our control because the order has already been processed by the fulfillment center. You are always welcome to return or exchange your products after you receive them.
Do mermaids dance? Do orcas sing? You bet they do! FinalStraw works seamlessly with most to-go cups.
Obviously everything starts in the magical depths of our deep-sea lair. Then the design and manufacturing process heads to the U.S. and Shenzhen, China. We chose this particular Shenzhen facility because it’s recognized for its efforts to minimize its carbon footprint. The employees there are experts in eco-friendly drink ware products, and the company is annually audited by an independent third party for occupational health and safety.
Like a mountain combined with a mother’s love, a Navy SEAL, and a unicorn's horn. They’re pretty dang tough. Testing showed FinalStraws are rated at 12,000 cycles—about two uses a day for 16 years.
It’s hard for us to imagine why you’d want to return your FinalStraw—we stand behind our pretty amazing products and offer a limited lifetime guarantee for product defects—but hey, sometimes things don’t work out and we want you to be happy. If you are dissatisfied with our product, we will accept all returns and give you a full refund within a 30 day window.

Sure! FinalStraw is down with all temperatures of liquids. The straw is dishwasher safe and can withstand temperatures of up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s pretty hot! (Please do not put your case in the dishwasher).
Of course you can! You can buy more squeegees here.
The hinge does not detach, but the case is still really easy to clean. Just use soap and warm water.
The squeegee is easily cleaned with water and soap. You can also run it through your dishwasher if you feel like it.
Just by being out there in the world, popping your sexy FinalStraw in your delicious beverages, and sucking righteously. You can also share your experience on social media. Use #FinalStraw and tag us on social and we’ll share the love too!
Great question. Ron the Orca is Our Minister of Good Vibes here at FinalStraw HQ. When things get a little crazy, everyone looks to Ron. He doesn’t say a lot—he’s a sensitive, shy whale and a true artist. It’s likely that he is also a genius. As the preeminent flautist of his generation, he speaks most volubly through his virtuosic, world-class harmonies. Ron blesses each outgoing FinalStraw shipment with an original number performed with uninhibited passion. His oeuvre is vast, and always compelling, but he is perhaps best known for his inimitable takes of ‘80s classics. He does an incredible rendition of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams.” Hearing Ron’s take on Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin” is practically a religious experience. He has brought entire crowds to tears.
He rarely speaks about his sources of inspiration, but Ron came of age in a sea full of single-use plastics, and it has affected him personally. His life’s mission is to make a healthier, cleaner place for all of the sea’s creatures, and totally shred the flute.
