Refund policy

Returns 

30 days. That’s the window.
If it’s been more than 30 days since purchase, we can’t do a refund or exchange—time flies, plastics don’t.

Condition matters.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and looking as fresh as when they left us.

Non-returnables (hard no’s):

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or heavily loved items (you know who you are)

Proof of purchase required.
Receipts = yes. Psychic refunds = no.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in a few business days.

Still waiting on your refund?
Check your bank, then your card provider, then your bank again. If it’s still MIA, email us at hello@final.co.

Sale items:
Final sale means final. No refunds.

Exchanges:
We only swap items that arrive damaged or defective. Email hello@final.co and we’ll make it right.

Return shipping:
You cover return shipping (shipping costs aren’t refundable). Pro tip: use tracking if your item’s worth over $75—we can’t refund what never shows up.
