Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can stalk it responsibly.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, Earth-saving frenzies), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or forces beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on location and shipping method selected.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

FinalStraw is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Shipping Delays

FinalStraw is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once your order is in the carrier’s hands, it’s officially out of ours (but we’ll still try to help if things get weird).


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

FinalStraw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly first.
